Does the app require an account?›
No. No registration, no email. You choose a local name and that's it. Your data stays on your device.
Does Petit Béret work without internet?›
Yes, entirely. All exercises, audio, and grammar rules are bundled inside the app.
How do I reset my progress?›
Profile → Settings → Erase all data. The action is immediate and irreversible. Uninstalling the app produces the same result.
Why did you remove the streak?›
Because streaks punish forgetting a single day, pushing you to practice to avoid losing — not to learn. Instead we measure cumulative days practiced and precision %, which never reset.
How many devices can I use?›
As many as you like via your Apple or Google ID. Progress is not synced between devices by default — iCloud / Google Drive backup lets you migrate.
Is the app suitable for complete beginners (A0)?›
Not yet. The curriculum starts at A1+ and assumes a base: alphabet, articles, present tense. For A0 we recommend a dedicated beginner method first.
Is there a web or desktop version?›
No, and it's not planned. The discipline of a short phone session is at the heart of the product.
I found an incorrect sentence. How do I report it?›
On the exercise screen, top right — the small flag icon. Describe the issue briefly; we process reports within 7 days.
